  The store is not only outdated, but the managers literally do not care what goes on in the store unless it affects publicity. As an employee there, I can safely say that the store is very under maintained. Though some of my coworkers actually do good jobs and go the extra mile, others simply don't care. The latter are easy to spot. There have been two occasions in the last 3 months where I have, no joke, stepped in human feces in the bathroom, and happened upon dog feces in the store. They often have a security guard by the door not because it's necessary, but because managers neglect to check the cameras, among other things. In short, most of the cashiers and naggers are decent people, but the supervisors and managers leave much to be desired. Granted, it's in a bit so great part of town, but that's no excuse to not strive for excellence. It's hypocritical that employees are mandated to do so when their own employers fail to do just that. Again… this is all coming from an employee who actually works there and witnesses it all. I'm surprised they haven't been nailed with health code violations or union statements.

  Not a terrible kroger. Not a particularly good one either. They don't offer a large selection and its never necessarily dirty, but I doubt anyone puts in any effort to keep it clean either. I would much rather go to the kroger off getwell or horn lake road but will go to this one if I need something quick.
